The Bunny Day event in Animal Crossing: New Horizons runs from April 1 through April 12 and gives players more to do daily on their personal islands. Collect different eggs to craft seasonal furniture and much more.
Players may even receive something special if they take full advantage of this event.

HOW TO FIND ZIPPER AND THE EGGS
The first thing players will notice when they start New Horizons on April 1 is that some of the trees on their island have changed. The green-leaved trees are now pink and are producing eggs.
Players can begin collecting these eggs, but the first order of business should be to find find Zipper, the yellow rabbit.
He can be anywhere on your island, so make sure to have the Vaulting Pole with you in case he’s off on a part of the island that can’t be reached on foot. Once you find Zipper, speak to the bunny and learn about the Bunny Day event.
He tell you there are six types of eggs hidden around the island and they are not found indoors. Players can sell each egg for 200 Bells a piece, but we’d recommend holding off on doing so until the end of the event.
Here are the six types of eggs in New Horizons and how to obtain them. You can obtain these eggs on Nook Miles Ticket deserted islands as well:

BUNNY DAY DIY RECIPES
Once you’ve recieved the 411 from Zipper, he’ll tell you about the DIY Recipes that are unique to this event.
Many of these DIY Recipes are hidden on the island, mostly in Sky Presents that need to be shot down with your slingshot or in bottles found on the beach. These Recipes will give players access to seasonal builds to decorate their island.
The closer players get to Bunny Day (April 12) the more DIY Recipes will be hidden. Also, if you craft every recipe Zipper will give you a special present for your efforts.
